Just had my micro locs braided here and it was an amazing experience. The service was quick and we started right on schedule. Looking forward to my locs journey. Can't wait to visit again soon.
The salon is clean, but the customer service is terrible. I had communicated with the owner via text about my appointment, even sending a picture. However, when I arrived, the stylist assigned to me didn't know how to do stitch braids. I was asked to wait 30 minutes for a stylist who could do the style.
This is my favorite spot for well-done braids. The braiders are efficient and courteous. My hair always comes out exactly how I want it. Plus, they provide hair in various colors so I don't have to bring my own. They are also very accommodating - I've made last-minute bookings and they were able to fit me in. A fantastic place for braids.
