IZA. The stylist was exceptional. She recommended a lovely color and gave me the exact cut I wanted. They take their time with each client, no rushing. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and everyone was friendly. I was extremely satisfied with IZA 💯💯💯👍👍 You won't be disappointed.
The employees were friendly. I opted for the $12 haircut, which doesn't include a shampoo, so make sure your hair is clean when you go. The staff mostly speaks Spanish, but they completely understood my request. I was in and out quickly, which I appreciate. The haircut is simple, nothing extravagant. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I waited to share my thoughts on this salon after a couple of visits. My mother and I were in search of a new salon, so after reading the reviews, we decided to give it a shot. On our first visit, everything went well. My mother asked for a haircut and color, which was expertly done by Marisol. As for me, just a trim and thinning out some volume, nothing too drastic, which was taken care of by Andrea. On our second visit, we requested the same services but were attended to by a different stylist, Sofia. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. She colored my mom's hair the wrong shade, and when she tried to fix it, it still wasn't right. She didn't even consult my mom on the color choice, deciding on her own. There was no apology either. As for my haircut, after trimming and thinning my hair, she didn't bother to clean me up with a brush or blow dryer, leaving me covered in hair. I had to clean up myself at the trash can. My hair seemed to be falling out more than usual, and it felt like I hadn't even had a haircut. After that visit, my mom was hesitant to return, but I convinced her to see Andrea, the stylist from our first visit. She opted to dye her hair at home, and we now only go to Andrea for haircuts. Our recent visit with Andrea was fantastic, and my mom was thrilled with the results. It's a good salon with reasonable prices. I'm happy we found a skilled stylist like Andrea.
