I hesitated to leave this review, as the staff at the salon are incredibly kind and provide excellent customer service. Destiny, although new, took over 2 hours for my waxing session, leaving some hair behind. The soft waxing on my legs wasn't effective due to the temperature, causing discomfort. While she went above and beyond by exfoliating my underarms upon request, I will seek a more experienced professional for my Brazilian wax.
As a lash technician with chronic back pain, I was amazed by John's massage skills. Not only did he alleviate my tension, but he also educated me throughout the session. I left feeling like a whole new person. Highly recommend his services!
