I called on a Friday to book an appointment for the next day. Despite being told they were fully booked, we were seated promptly when we arrived. The salon could use better maintenance as the polishes were haphazardly displayed, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Due to time constraints, I opted for a basic pedicure, which was satisfactory but not impressive enough for a return visit.
I visited the salon to get my nails done for my wedding. Surprisingly, I was charged $130 just for gel application with a design, while a previous visit for acrylics with gel and design cost only $70. After my wedding, within two weeks, my nails chipped, so I called for a touch-up appointment. Despite confirming it would be free, I was charged $38 after the service. The miscommunication and lack of adherence to their own policies left me frustrated. The experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning.
Arriving at the salon with my friend, who was visiting after two years, we had appointments. Despite being a regular client for three years, the service was disappointing. They refused to fix a broken nail as agreed over the phone and displayed rudeness. We decided to go elsewhere, and at Bliss, we received excellent service and had her nail fixed promptly.
