This establishment is absolutely dreadful! I visited for a pedicure, and the technician cut my big toenail unevenly. Despite my attempts to communicate the issue, even the client in the neighboring booth acknowledged the mistake. The technician proceeded to paint over the crooked nail poorly. I still left a tip, but I contacted the owner. He invited me back for a repaint and I inquired about debit card charges. Initially, he claimed there was no extra fee, but I recalled the technician mentioning a $2 charge. When I pointed this out, the technician denied it, and the owner insinuated that I was lying. Disheartened by the lack of trust, I excused myself to retrieve something from my car and never returned. I sought a different salon for a redo. I prefer to spend my money where I am respected. I do not recommend this place; their work is subpar. Saw a review with nail photos done by Hailie, so I booked with her. I'm fussy about my nails, especially the coffin shape, not everyone can do them, but she did it perfectly. She did my gel pedicure and manicure (builder gel/hard gel/UV gel on my nails) in under 2 hours, very efficient. She was super nice throughout, ensuring I liked my nails, even let me try another color before deciding. Total cost for mani-pedi was $105 ($107.50 with card charge). I wholeheartedly recommend The Brow Artisan. I've always felt self-conscious about my brows, but that changed after my visit. The Brow Artisan patiently explained the various techniques and suggested Ombré for me. The end results exceeded my expectations, erasing that insecurity. The facility was immaculate, and the color choices were vibrant and exciting.

I didn't seek out the salon for their expertise, but the employees there kindly allowed me to charge my wheelchair when it ran out of battery. After being turned away by other establishments, their kindness was greatly appreciated. Despite being closed, the staff member graciously let me charge my wheelchair. I just want to express my gratitude and highly recommend this place.
