This establishment is absolutely dreadful! I visited for a pedicure, and the technician cut my big toenail unevenly. Despite my attempts to communicate the issue, even the client in the neighboring booth acknowledged the mistake. The technician proceeded to paint over the crooked nail poorly. I still left a tip, but I contacted the owner. He invited me back for a repaint and I inquired about debit card charges. Initially, he claimed there was no extra fee, but I recalled the technician mentioning a $2 charge. When I pointed this out, the technician denied it, and the owner insinuated that I was lying. Disheartened by the lack of trust, I excused myself to retrieve something from my car and never returned. I sought a different salon for a redo. I prefer to spend my money where I am respected. I do not recommend this place; their work is subpar. The photo attached was taken the day after my visit, showcasing the incomplete job, despite paying extra for a spa pedicure.
Awful experience. The polish on my toes appeared aged, as if it had been on for weeks. Additionally, when browsing colors in the selection book, the technician abruptly demanded it back, seemingly impatient. She also waxed my eyebrows excessively thin, and without consent, added wax above my lip, remarking that I resembled a man due to a few stray hairs. She then charged an extra $8 for this unsolicited service. Upon requesting a tip, she displayed displeasure when I offered only $2. Save yourself the trouble and seek services elsewhere; there are plenty of alternatives in the vicinity.
