I always leave a generous tip if they don't file my nails too harshly, nick me, or leave air bubbles. When I show them a Pinterest picture, they recreate the design flawlessly or even better. The two young ladies there are truly exceptional.
If a male employee is present, be cautious as he can be quite grumpy.
