The cleanliness and service quality at this nail salon left a strong impression on me! I visited to have my nails refilled following a disappointing experience elsewhere. The artist's efficiency, precision, and adherence to sanitary practices have motivated me to consider revisiting. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience!
Sharing my thoughts 10 days after my visit to assess the durability of my new acrylic nails. Abby and Don (apologies for the uncertainty) attended to me. They not only delivered precisely what I requested but also provided exceptional customer service, surpassing my expectations for a nail salon. Despite my rough treatment due to my job as a bartender, the nails still appear impeccable. Moreover, the pricing is remarkably reasonable. I am certain to become a loyal, repeat customer!
Initially quoted $43 for a new set, the final bill amounted to $53 pre-tax and $58 post-tax. I was informed this increase was due to the round and long shape I requested, which was not communicated upfront. After factoring in taxes and a Covid-related fee, the total came to $58. I have never encountered a salon charging an extra $10 simply for round nails. It appears they adjust prices arbitrarily post-service. Proceed with caution.
