Miranda is truly exceptional! The entire team at Natomas Nails delivers outstanding service. The nail salon is impeccably clean and inviting. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails! Thank you so much, Miranda! Looking forward to my pedicure next week! ❤️
I scheduled an appointment for 11:30, inquired about pricing, etc. The individual on the phone inquired if I would be arriving, to which I confirmed and provided my name. Upon reaching the appointment time, one person initially asked if I needed assistance. I mentioned I had an appointment for a nail service. With no available seating, I browsed the nail polishes and accessories. Five minutes later, another person beckoned me over, so I obliged. She then mentioned that she had spoken to me on the phone and sensed hesitation in my voice. I reiterated that I had affirmed my attendance thrice and given my name. She retorted that she doubted my arrival and had accommodated three walk-ins before me. Her demeanor was quite impolite, stating that I could wait if I wished, but the walk-ins would be prioritized. I was taken aback, strolled around, and headed to my car. The establishment appeared unclean, prompting me to contact another salon. They welcomed me, just five minutes away. The new place was pristine, the staff was amiable, and they had me seated comfortably while awaiting the completion of the previous client's service. The nail technician, Chloe, who attended to me, recognized my niece and daughter in photos we shared during conversation. She executed an impeccable job, and I am now a loyal patron. The salon, Top Coat in Natomas, has left me thoroughly satisfied with their warmth and exceptional service. I have no intention of returning to Natomas Nails, and neither do my three family members, along with individuals they are acquainted with. By the way, I have been undergoing chemotherapy for a year now, which occasionally affects my speech rate due to "Chemo brain." Perhaps that influenced her perception during our phone conversation. It's disheartening, but I am content.
I have been a regular here for some time and never encountered any issues. However, my nail appointment yesterday was disappointing. Not only was the technician impolite, but the quality of work was subpar, as most of my nails are already lifting.
