Extremely unprofessional behavior from the staff. Despite a full waiting area, they chose to attend to someone who arrived after me. The concept of first come, first served seems to be selective here. I have no intention of returning to this establishment. I appreciate another customer pointing out the issue, and we both left. There are numerous other nail salons that offer better customer service.
Outstanding service provided here. I always enjoy my visits. The shellac lasts a long time, and the nails turn out beautifully just as requested. I highly recommend this salon! Additionally, the service is quick and efficient.
Terrible experience. The individual named Dean displayed extreme rudeness towards me. While drying my nails under the UV light, I accidentally bumped into it, and his reaction was hostile, accompanied by a disdainful glare and eye-rolling. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it to others.
