
I concur with Riley Harper. I've been a patron for a few months, receiving excellent manicures and pedicures. However, recently, I was informed abruptly that there was no availability due to a busy schedule. Struggling to book a session, I noticed that she's still accommodating her "preferred" clients. Disappointed, she did refer me elsewhere. I'm overdue for a manicure, as my shellac is beginning to peel. This unexpected turn of events is disheartening, considering our past rapport. Left in a predicament.
