I arrived at the establishment today at 12:55, slightly tardy for my appointment but before 1:00. To summarize, I was promptly attended to even though there were only two individuals present in the salon (myself and another patron), so it wasn't crowded. Another customer entered, to whom the nail technician servicing me greeted by name about 3-4 minutes into my session. At that point, I had only undergone filing and the technician shifted focus to the new arrival without informing me. This lack of communication was frustrating as I had a time constraint of wanting to leave by 1:50, and I knew this would extend my stay. By 1:20, I had only received nail tips and filing, with no application of acrylic or gel color. The other client was being attended to for an extended period without any updates, so I chose to depart. It's disappointing because the salon is aesthetically pleasing and adheres to COVID safety measures, but the staff's lack of communication and favoritism towards regular clients over new customers was evident.
