Accompanied my partner for a nail appointment. Despite providing a specific photo for reference regarding the style and color, they quoted $65 for the service. Unfortunately, they ended up using the wrong color and style, ignoring her repeated corrections. She was left with residual glue on her hands, was charged extra for incomplete gem application, and faced an unprofessional attitude when expressing her dissatisfaction after paying $75 for a service she did not approve. I decided to visit this salon spontaneously on a Saturday. Initially, everything seemed fine until the pedicure technician began cutting my cuticles aggressively, causing me to pull my foot away in discomfort. Despite my discomfort, the technician continued without addressing the issue. The following day, I noticed my nail was red, swollen, and infected.
