Accompanied my partner for a nail appointment. Despite providing a specific photo for reference regarding the style and color, they quoted $65 for the service. Unfortunately, they ended up using the wrong color and style, ignoring her repeated corrections. She was left with residual glue on her hands, was charged extra for incomplete gem application, and faced an unprofessional attitude when expressing her dissatisfaction after paying $75 for a service she did not approve. We will not be patronizing this establishment again.
This nail salon in north park mall is truly exceptional. The atmosphere is lovely, and my nails turned out beautifully and precisely done. The service was not rushed at all. Even my toes look gorgeous now! I am definitely planning on returning soon with a smile on my face ☺️!
The proprietor at station 1 displayed the most unprofessional conduct I have ever witnessed from a business owner. As a frequent nail salon customer who is well-aware of my preferences, I requested a slight reduction in nail length due to fast growth, only to be denied by the owner. Upon cutting them down anyway, she made them excessively short and uneven in shape, with each hand sporting a different style - one almond and the other egg-shaped. When I requested further filing, she refused once more, insisting on her own vision rather than honoring my request, resulting in a botched job. Moreover, she accidentally cut into the skin on my ring finger with the drill, and when I recoiled, she unprofessionally asked me to leave her establishment. It was evident that she was having a bad day. Conversely, the individual at station 7 provided exceptional service and delivered exactly what I wanted. I regret not requesting him initially. My advice to others is to steer clear of station 1.
