The individual who administered my henna tattoo had a challenging accent to comprehend at times. Nonetheless, she displayed kindness and efficiency throughout the process. She was accommodating, attentive to my preferences, and provided detailed explanations on color choices that would suit my skin tone best. The only downside was the aftermath of the tattoo as the top layer dried and shed, leaving crumbs scattered everywhere. The tattoo lasted approximately two weeks. The salon itself was inviting, comfortable, and offered ample parking space.

As a recent transplant to Mississippi from Little Rock, Arkansas, I have been a regular recipient of facial threading for years. On Saturday, June 22, 2024, I visited this new establishment for the first time and was underwhelmed by the lackluster customer service. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming, and the technician performing my facial threading appeared visibly annoyed. The only positive aspect was the swift service, as I was in and out promptly. Will I be a repeat customer? It seems unlikely.

I made a decision to visit the Exquisite Arch Salon in Jackson for my eyebrow waxing. The salon had a lovely appearance, very tidy, but unfortunately, the service I received was subpar. My eyebrows were not shaped correctly, and to make matters worse, the price I was quoted initially changed upon completion. Despite the high hopes, my eyebrows remained unchanged. I doubt I will revisit. It felt like a waste of both time and money.
