I decided to visit this salon spontaneously on a Saturday. Initially, everything seemed fine until the pedicure technician began cutting my cuticles aggressively, causing me to pull my foot away in discomfort. Despite my discomfort, the technician continued without addressing the issue. The following day, I noticed my nail was red, swollen, and infected. The pain escalated to the point where I had to stop and examine my foot to ensure there was no bleeding.
This was by far the worst dip nail set I have ever received. The application was thick and uneven, despite my repeated requests for a thinner application. The technician even accidentally filed into my skin multiple times, leading to a painful experience. The service did not align with the price I paid, especially since I used a gift card. I strongly advise against purchasing gift cards from this establishment.
I visited this establishment on 3/29. I was displeased with the rushed service and lack of attention to detail. The nail polish appeared sloppy, resembling the work of a young child. Despite requesting a specific shade of white, the outcome did not match my preference. The nails appeared artificial, almost like press-ons. Additionally, there was an error in sizing on my right thumb, which resulted in an attempt to remove and replace it hastily. I felt uncomfortable with the rushed correction. The demeanor of the technician working on my friend's nails was unpleasant and unprofessional. While the facility itself was clean, the overall experience lacked professionalism. I paid $60 for my set, but I do not believe it was worth the investment of my time and money.
