I had a wonderful experience with my stylist, Alex. I enjoyed the ambiance at Willow and she made me feel at ease and relaxed. Additionally, she gave me an excellent wavy cut! I didn't experience any delays beyond my scheduled appointment time, and I didn't feel rushed during our appointment either.
I wholeheartedly endorse Willow Salon! As someone new to Austin, I was apprehensive about finding a new salon, especially since it had been nearly 2 years since my last haircut (I know, my bad). I discovered them based on the positive reviews and tried to secure an appointment quickly, but was informed they were fully booked for the next month or so. However, they added me to a cancellation list and reached out within a few days to schedule me for that Saturday with Quinn. I was seeking a significant change but was unsure how to achieve it, and Quinn was incredibly patient and grasped my vision! She did an outstanding job and ensured I was satisfied with my hair every step of the way. I've already received numerous compliments, and it's been less than a day! The atmosphere of the salon is incredibly soothing, and all the staff members are welcoming. I would without a doubt return and recommend it to others!
I've been seeing Riley for around 4 years now and she nails it EVERY SINGLE TIME. She is a phenomenal color specialist and an instinctive cutter. I would absolutely suggest this salon to anyone. Willow is inviting, chill, and they truly excel in their craft. A perfect score of 10.
