I have been a loyal patron at this nail salon for well over a year, visiting monthly. Prior to that, I was aware of this establishment for at least a decade, frequenting it for 4 or 5 months annually. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by the staff has remained consistent throughout.
It was a pleasant experience until today. I have been getting my nails and pedicures done here for the past few months without any issues. However, during my recent visit, the individual at the front of the salon attended to me. Although he had not previously done my pedicure, it seemed like he was doing a decent job. However, I was surprised when he did not add any soap or foot soak to the basin, just warm water. When I inquired, he mentioned that it was not necessary as some people do not like it. This contradicted my past experiences where foot soak was always included. Additionally, I was appalled to discover that the towel my feet were resting on had not been changed and still had residue from previous clients.
