Emy is fantastic, accommodating, fast, and always fits walk-ins in, usually in less than 30 minutes. I’ve seen them take on 3 clients at once... while one is drying, they file another and so on. They do their best, along with everyone else that works there, to provide amazing customer service! I’ll only go there from now on! :)
Yesterday was my first time at this nail salon, and I am very pleased with the results. I ended up here after I had made an appointment at another salon in Richmond Hill, arrived on time, and after 30 minutes I was still waiting. Why make appointments if you have no respect for their time?! I called Emy's and they said they could do my dip manicure right away. I did not have to wait, and it only took them 50 minutes to soak off and do the dip. Great job, and I will definitely return!
Very let down by my service. It was my birthday, and I wanted to pamper myself. Went in for a Spa Pedicure. They were busy, so I had no issue sitting and waiting. I only waited around 10 minutes, not too bad. There were already 3 customers (2 Men and 1 Female) getting pedicures, those customers were also receiving the spa Pedicure which, mind you, costs 58 dollars. Tell me why I sat down after them and got up before them... and my toes did not look professionally done, that's for sure. I didn't make a scene because honestly, I wasn't having a good day already. It was my birthday, and all I wanted was to go there and treat myself to a nice, relaxing, peaceful moment, which is why I said nothing and even left a 12 dollar tip. Normally, my tip is 20. Ok rant over. Moving on.
