My partner and I have been wanting to visit this place for some time now. We finally went and I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that they lock you in during the service. After just a week, four of my partner's nails are already coming off. However, she did appreciate that her nails looked more natural compared to her usual salon. The color selection was limited, but the service was quick, friendly, and we didn't mind paying a bit extra to support local businesses.
Tina does a great job with eyebrows, but the eyelashes don't stay on well. She tends to overcharge for eyelashes and assumes you're being cheap if you opt for shorter ones. I wouldn't recommend getting eyelashes done by her, unfortunately.
They were good in the past, but now it feels rushed and all about the money. Services are left half-done. Despite my desperation, I will be taking my business elsewhere. My sister goes there, but she's less particular and doesn't spend as much. I'm looking for a salon that will take the time to ensure quality, even after waiting for an appointment.
