ABSOLUTE WORST HAIRCUT EVER! Uneven and unattractive!! I wish I could rate them zero stars. It was the owner who cut my hair! I entered to have my hair colored but couldn't due to the previous color in my hair. They provided detailed information on hair coloring and treatment, so I opted for a haircut since I needed one to address my split ends. I was advised to return for a color treatment when I had more time. However, even though I didn't have time for coloring, the owner seemed to rush through my haircut, cutting before properly preparing, and claimed she would trim an inch, but it was clearly more! My hair, which reached the end of my back, ended up at the tip of my shoulder blade, and it was uneven. Extremely uneven!! Who leaves a salon with a haircut and still has split ends?!?! The cut was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I will be canceling my hair color appointment here. **An incredible find! I'm thrilled to have discovered this gem. My session with Mimi was exceptional. She expertly fused Thai massage techniques with deep tissue therapy. Mimi intuitively pinpointed all my knots and diligently worked on them. Opting for a 90-minute session was pure bliss. Love it, greatest salon in this part of town. Wonderful services at more than fair prices. This is a quiet relaxing spa. I really don't want people to know about it. I'd love to keep it a secret, for selfish reasons, sometimes you just want to keep the gems for yourself. However shop owner, Tina, deserves the accolades they're doing an absolutely fantastic job. My partner and I have been wanting to visit this place for some time now. We finally went and I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that they lock you in during the service. After just a week, four of my partner's nails are already coming off. However, she did appreciate that her nails looked more natural compared to her usual salon.
