Cassandra has been taking care of my hair for two years now. She is honest about costs and maintenance for color and extensions. Her professionalism and care have made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend Cassandra and Salon Chic in Eastern Washington.
Salon Chic's owner, Cassandra, is a talented and caring hairdresser. Despite past hair loss issues, she helped me feel beautiful and confident, especially for my wedding. Her extensions supported my hair growth, and I highly recommend her services.
I rarely review, unless extremely good or bad. Unfortunately, had a terrible experience with Cassandra after being referred by Cyndy for extensions. Cassandra admitted the extensions were defective but failed to resolve the issue. Her husband's rude behavior was unacceptable. Cassandra's bait-and-switch tactics on cost and upkeep were unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing and unprofessional experience.
