Silvio “Sil” Baker All I just wanted was to relax and enjoy my pedicure but this lady has a terrible customer service. I Asked her if she could help me find a specific color she responded very rude and unprofessional. I Did NOT asked to get the same color as I showed her in the picture- I said Similar- check it out in the dictionary Similar and the SAME(exactly)is NOT the same thing! It’s impossible to get the exact color from pictures online I know this! But instead she decided to give me an attitude, she rolled her eyes, spoke to me in a tone that I did not like then Turned around and started talking to her coworkers in their language. Very Rude and again unprofessional!!! If you don’t like what you do then you need to find another profession. To the owner: Telling me that she did NOT understand what I was saying is not an excuse!! If she didn’t understand then go get a translator, and or go back to school to learn better English!! Again there is no language for Good Customer Service.
Do yourself a favor, doll! Go elsewhere for your services…..Went to get a fill. My nails looked fine, but by the time I got home (35 minutes away)I had already broke one of my nails. The acrylic was waaayyy thin. Called spoke with Tommy he said he would fix them. Went in the following day, sat down. Tommy seemed very annoyed. Cut me with the nail file, then the nail drill, was extremely rough. AND DID NOT APOLOGIZE. FOR ANY OF IT. I've never been treated so poorly by any nail salon, and as you can see from my results, they leave much to be desired.
