I've been a loyal client of this salon in Richland for 19 years. The entire team of stylists here is exceptional and truly skilled at their work. If you're dissatisfied with the service or your visit to this salon, it's likely due to your own expectations or exaggerated demands that no one could possibly meet.
Encountered Arika for the first time for a hair dye and trim. With my long locks, it's always nerve-wracking to try a new stylist. Arika took the time to ask me several questions to ensure she understood my desired look. We chatted amicably during the process, and I left feeling absolutely fabulous and pampered. This has been one of the finest color and cuts I've ever had. I've already booked my next appointment with her. I can't recommend Arika enough.
Took my son for a haircut, he uses a walker. The walker can fold and is lightweight for easier transport. Shockingly, we were turned away with a curt "we don't cater to people with walkers" directed at my partner over the phone. It's disheartening to witness such blatant discrimination in this day and age. Thankfully, Uptown Salon down the street welcomed us without any hesitation.
