I recently underwent a hair disaster at the hands of Blake/Blakeley Harness at the salon on 34th Ave in Minneapolis. Having long hair, I requested a minimal trim with light layers. However, my hair now sports uneven shoulder-length layers that are truly distressing. The sides are asymmetrical, and the face-framing layers are also lopsided. Despite my repeated explanations, Blake seemed disinterested in listening and instead shared unsettling stories about his pets. To make matters worse, he made inappropriate comments about my relationship status while we were alone in the salon after hours, creating a highly uncomfortable atmosphere. When I tried to intervene as he cut too much, he dismissed my concerns by attributing it to an angle. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the length, he insensitively remarked that I simply wasn't accustomed to layers. My hair is now in disarray, short, and completely unsatisfactory. Avoid this stylist at all costs to prevent your hair from suffering the same fate as mine. I have photographic evidence to support my claims, ensuring this critique is based on facts rather than unjustified complaints.
