Shelby and Sally are truly exceptional. Initially went for brow tattooing and ended up getting my lips and eyeliner done too! Both of them have done PMU on me, and I'm absolutely thrilled. Tattoos are painful, no way around that, but the atmosphere there and Shelby's humor will make you forget the pain and anticipate the results.
