I’ve had a great experience with Alex who has done my Brazilian wax twice. He has a positive attitude and knows how to get the wax done! I’ll continue booking with him. He and Sam have provided me with efficient waxes at this location, especially with my hair type.
It was my first time getting a Brazilian and the experience was amazing! I had LEE !! He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me… I was feeling a little nervous/insecure but he made it feel like I was with a friend! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Will be back in 3/4 weeks to see him :)
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I got more than I thought I would! I called and spoke to Jordan who helped me get in the same day, only a couple of hours from the time of my call. He was also working the front desk when I arrived. Super polite and friendly from start to finish. I only came in for a brow wax and I was paired with LEE. He was FANTASTIC! He was very patient and took his time, never made me feel rushed, insisted I triple check in multiple mirrors to make sure I was getting what I wanted. When I asked for the tiniest fix, he was happy to do it for me. I very much doubt I will be going anywhere else for my crazy brows, thank you so much for making your first time customer a long time customer!
