As a former instructor at Zenith Zenith I wish I could suggest this studio, yet there were hints of exclusion based on faith during my tenure and I ended up feeling unwelcome. I had intended to resign, but was informed via message that I was being dismissed. I personally feel this studio misrepresents itself as a yoga studio, as the exclusive customs directly contradict yoga principles.
I highly suggest Zenith Zenith Yoga in Rexburg. The studio is charming, the team is inviting. The sound bath was fantastic for my mental well-being and yoga is incredibly beneficial for stress, anxiety and depression. The owners emphasize healing body/mind/spirit through their incredible methods.
I attended the yoga center on its debut night and once more. The ambiance was peculiar, particularly for someone less acquainted with yoga. The supposed owners openly exchanged negative remarks within hearing distance of clients, which felt strange and inappropriate. Several others I've talked to had similar experiences. Overall, I wouldn't endorse it over others in the area.
