I always leave the salon feeling fantastic. I see Alejandro. He is meticulous and efficient. Does outstanding work and is incredibly skilled at it. I highly recommend him. You must call and schedule an appointment as he fills up quickly. All the ladies here do an exceptional job. My mom sees Taylor. I have walked in before and they did a fantastic job as well. And the massage chairs are the most comfortable I have ever been on. Pure relaxation. Come here and they will pamper you, leaving you feeling amazing. Thank you.
I adore how my nails turn out every time! They offer such reasonable prices, although I find the french tip a tad overpriced but it's fine. Just make sure to call in advance to secure an appointment. Hill and Hall (I'm not entirely sure about the spelling) they are phenomenal! Such lovely individuals and incredibly talented! 🩷 Thank you so much for the exceptional service :)
I'm uncertain about how to rate this establishment. I have been a sporadic visitor over the past decade or so and the only reason I return is due to its proximity. It's a mere 2 minutes from my residence with excellent parking. However, I always feel rushed when I visit. The outcomes vary - sometimes they do a good job, other times I dislike the results. I am quite simple and don't request much. Just a well-shaped nail and a simple dip manicure, and occasionally a pedicure too. They never turn out as I envision. The moment you walk in, you are swiftly directed to a seat and asked to choose a color. Sometimes I feel pressured and end up with a color I didn't even want. So, my advice is to be clear about what you want before arriving. Perhaps you'll be fortunate and receive your desired outcome, or perhaps not. The place is clean and the staff are somewhat pleasant... though they do converse in another language with the girls at other stations during your service. I don't know, I have conflicting feelings about this place. I need to have my nails done today and I'm contemplating driving to Saugus instead because I'm not in the mood for that today. Additionally, the prices have recently increased, and while they did upgrade their tables and pedicure chairs, spending $130 plus tip for my nails to be done just doesn't feel right when the experience isn't enjoyable.
