From the salon's atmosphere to the technicians' expertise, everything here is truly exceptional. With my sensitive skin, any pain caused by cuts during a nail service can make me feel quite uneasy. Yet, at Glamour Nails, there's never any discomfort; they handle my skin with care, and the nails they create are beautifully shaped without being overly thick. I even enjoyed a relaxing foot massage while getting my nails done, which was a time-saving bonus. It's truly a delightful experience!
I had never visited this salon before, but they managed to fit me in last minute when I was in a bind. Initially told it would be an hour wait, I called around to several places in a bid to get an immediate appointment, but had no luck. Glamour Nails actually called me back to offer me a slot, which I gladly accepted. Mei did an outstanding job on my nails and eyebrows 💅🏽😊💖 She really went above and beyond to take care of me! Cat is also absolutely fantastic. I was impressed during my most recent visit!
The salon manager displayed unprofessional behavior by being on her phone throughout my visit, showing little regard for my concerns about my nails. The acrylic application was so thick that it caused my nails to burn multiple times. Moreover, the pricing is based on the length of the nails without any visible price list. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone; they seem focused on rushing through appointments, especially for first-time customers. They seem to target clients who may not notice the poor quality of service they offer. Charging $50 for nails that are thick, bumpy, and aesthetically unpleasing is unacceptable.
