My session was exceptional, the therapist did a superb job with the deep tissue massage, effectively relieving the tension in my muscles. Nurse Alex is a skilled injector with precision and artistry, attentively considering your aesthetic desires with care and understanding. She is always willing to discuss other treatment options and services, without pressuring you into additional procedures or products (unlike my previous experience at a different spa! 😤). This extends to the skincare line they offer - I inquired about makeup and she recommended an Alastin product, but there was no push to purchase, just her genuine insight (which convinced me to buy). UPDATE: I hoped to return with positive news about my forehead looking fantastic. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Upon revisiting, I received a few injections to address the Spock line, with no effort made to correct anything else. The provider mentioned seeing me in November, but I knew that wouldn't be happening. The issue was not resolved. Despite various excuses about it being her first time injecting me and so forth, I sought treatment elsewhere in November and received the same number of units. My forehead is now smooth and looks great.
