We were seated promptly and received good service. However, the final outcome was far from professional. Both my daughter and I had gel manicures that did not turn out well and chipped within a week. Moreover, two of my fingers were cut during the process and remained painful for days afterward. The experience was not worth the expense, and we are unlikely to return.
I recently had an SNS manicure with chrome at the Reidsville location. This is how they appeared after the technician completed the service! On a previous occasion, the technician did not shape my nails as requested, even after I pointed it out. (Same technician)
