Great work on my nails as always
Discovered a salon that truly listens to my preferences. Malia did a fantastic job. I received a manicure, pedicure, cut, and color, and have been a loyal client of Malia for over a year! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, all the stylists exude happiness and make you feel right at home. Thank you for the rejuvenating morning!
I had no prior experience here even with an appointment. Upon entering, no one acknowledged me. There were only two staff members present, one doing foils and the other working on another client's nails. I understand the busyness, but a simple greeting is customary in a business setting. I had scheduled this appointment on my only day off before my upcoming trips to Chicago and Florida. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had to inquire about my appointment. The manicurist was not explicitly impolite, but there was no apology for the delay. She mentioned she would be available in about 10 minutes. With another appointment looming, I debated waiting but overheard some disinterested whispers, leading me to decide against patronizing this establishment or engaging in insincere conversation.
