I am absolutely enamored with this establishment! Emery provided a delightful experience for my companion and me. I opted for acrylic nails with a classic French tip. The team was warm, attentive, and incredibly talented. The salon was impeccably clean, with a strong emphasis on hygiene. Although I don't frequently indulge in nail treatments, I am thrilled that I chose this place because the results were stunning! I will certainly be returning.

This establishment was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I immediately inquired about their capability and pricing for a complex design I had in mind. I even had a backup plan prepared in case they couldn't accommodate. As I settled in for my nail service, I noticed the stations were disorganized and unclean. Surprisingly, they did not inquire whether I preferred gel or acrylic, leaving me uncertain about the products used on my nails. A younger individual began painting my nails, and although she did decent work, I noticed her morale was low. I tried to encourage her as best I could. However, the only nails I ended up liking were the ones she worked on. Midway through, an older woman intervened, causing the initial girl to depart. The second lady lacked effort in the design, displayed rudeness towards my inquiries, and rushed through the process. She even attempted to send me off with nails that didn't match the reference or each other. I insisted on corrections, to which she retorted about the number of colors used. Despite showing them the design beforehand, she argued there were sufficient dots. When I stood my ground, she huffed, removed the top coat prematurely, and maintained a brusque attitude. Although the final result was subpar, I just wanted to leave. If they couldn't execute the design, honesty would have sufficed rather than false promises followed by rudeness. I could have chosen another design or foregone the service altogether. I will not be returning to this establishment.
