I am absolutely enamored with this establishment! Emery provided a delightful experience for my companion and me. I opted for acrylic nails with a classic French tip. The team was warm, attentive, and incredibly talented. The salon was impeccably clean, with a strong emphasis on hygiene. Although I don't frequently indulge in nail treatments, I am thrilled that I chose this place because the results were stunning! I will certainly be returning.

This was, without a doubt, the most dreadful experience I have ever encountered at a nail salon. I had scheduled an appointment for a full set with "Cameron". Upon arrival, she disregarded my simple request for a square nail shape and proceeded to shape them in a coffin style. Despite my explicit instructions to avoid a narrow shape, she persisted with her own preferences. Initially, I remained understanding and patient, expressing gratitude for her efforts. However, when I requested minor adjustments to a few nails during the appointment, she became visibly irritated and agitated. Despite my patience and desire to swiftly complete the session, she executed a haphazard French tip application, which upon inspection, left me dissatisfied with the results. Astonishingly, in the midst of my appointment, she abruptly declared, "Next time, please do not book with me as you take up too much time, and I do not have the patience for you. Find someone else," proceeding to disparage me to her colleague in front of me, assuming I did not comprehend their conversation. The utter disrespect I endured while she was in the process of working on my nails made me feel incredibly unwelcome and distressed. I sat silently, unwilling to cause a scene, ultimately receiving a nail shape that was incorrect and being forced to accept a color I did not prefer. This was my initial visit to the salon, and it will unquestionably be my last. Throughout the entire ordeal, I maintained a demeanor of kindness, respect, and patience, only to be treated abhorrently in return. If you are considering a nail service, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The focus here seems to be on completing a rushed and sloppy job, coupled with a dismissive attitude towards customer feedback, prioritizing monetary gains over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and time. There are numerous other nail salons in the vicinity, and this one offers nothing exceptional aside from impolite staff members.

I want to express immense gratitude for the exceptional work and commitment. I recently had a dip powder manicure done by Cameron, and it turned out exquisitely beautiful and precise! The level of passion and skill surpassed my expectations. I am truly grateful.
