I phoned and snagged a same-day appointment (due to a cancellation) for a pedicure. While there, I inquired about getting a full set on a whim (not my usual). Luckily, they squeezed me in and delivered what I wanted. The service was excellent, not rushed, and with good customer care. I recommend making an appointment even though walk-ins are welcome; they're usually quite busy, and I just got lucky with a cancellation.
