I would not suggest this place for modern haircuts! I visited in March for a trim and highlights, but left with uneven short hair 😭 Despite giving them three chances, my expectations were not met. They even asked me to wait another week to fix the uneven cut.

In light of my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. I had an appointment with Taylor for a standard women's haircut. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, I had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes past my scheduled time. I brought in a few photos to convey the cut I desired, but Taylor only glanced at one. I requested a deep V cut at the back with angled layers to frame my face just above the chin. However, when she finished, I asked for more framing in the front, and she insisted on making the back shorter to achieve the desired angle at the front. If she had taken a moment to review more pictures and listen attentively, she could have saved time during the haircut. After cutting my hair again, she proceeded to curl it tightly without consulting me, distorting the cut and making me look much younger than my age. This was a tad embarrassing when I had to visit a tech store afterward. Taylor also seemed preoccupied chatting with other stylists and rushed through the appointment. I will seek out a more professional stylist who respects customers regardless of their appearance.
