Lillie has been my preferred technician for over 5 years! Consistent shaping and quality service. No issues with fungus ever! Update on 7/28/21: Still love Lillie. She's kind and attentive to your needs. However, the range of available polish colors is limited. I wanted a very light pink shade, but they didn't have it. The pink used was old and took a long time to dry on my toes. Consider bringing your own polish. The foot spas could also use an update. Despite these minor issues, I have never experienced any fungal problems, and Lillie remains kind and efficient.
Oh no, I had an unexpected negative experience here. My first visit resulted in beautiful nails, but the second time was disappointing. One hand of acrylic is thicker than the other, the paint job is subpar, and it took 2 hours for a fill-in. I was also charged for an extra nail they removed and lied to about the availability of matte colors, which was the main reason I returned. Ultimately, I paid for nails I didn't like while maintaining politeness. I may request the same technician as my first visit and ensure I have an appointment. Feeling unsure :(
