Having recently taken over the business, they are in the process of getting everything in order. Nevertheless, my daughter and I felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we stepped inside. After reaching out to the salon, I was asked to come in so they could assess the situation. Upon my visit, the same individual who did my nails initially claimed it had been a week since the service, when in reality, it had only been 3 days. They suggested removing the white polish and applying a clear coat or repainting the chipped areas, making me feel responsible for the poor quality of their work. This was my first time at this salon, and I was referred by someone. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability in all my years of getting manicures. I spent over $130, plus a tip, expecting long-lasting results, not to return to the salon after 3 days and be asked to pay for a different color. It was a disappointing experience, and I advise anyone considering this salon to thoroughly research before investing their time and money.

I had a 5 o'clock appointment and brought a friend along. Despite being told they weren't busy, I was left waiting in a pedicure chair for 20 minutes before being left to soak for the rest of my appointment. The pedicure felt rushed, and I didn't even receive the manicure I had expected. The glass of wine I asked for only arrived at the end of the service, after I had been there for two and a half hours. Suddenly, at 7:30, I was informed they were closing and had to leave without even getting a chance to dry my nails. I really wish my experience had been better. And yes, that is hair on my wet nails.
