I had a 5 o'clock appointment and brought a friend along. Despite being told they weren't busy, I was left waiting in a pedicure chair for 20 minutes before being left to soak for the rest of my appointment. The pedicure felt rushed, and I didn't even receive the manicure I had expected. The glass of wine I asked for only arrived at the end of the service, after I had been there for two and a half hours. Suddenly, at 7:30, I was informed they were closing and had to leave without even getting a chance to dry my nails. I really wish my experience had been better. And yes, that is hair on my wet nails.
My service provider, Tina, was very cold, short, and impolite. She spent most of the time talking on her headset in her native language, completely ignoring me. Despite trying to communicate with her, she only responded with a quick "OK" before returning to her phone call. Instead of the coffin shape I requested, my nails ended up looking like short, square stubs. I am embarrassed by how they turned out and will likely seek to have them redone elsewhere. To top it off, I was charged $45 for a fill, which felt excessively expensive given the poor service.
This was an awful experience. I was cut multiple times. My pedicure felt rushed. Even though I tried to correct the technician during the process, my nails ended up bulky with overly large white tips. I requested a taper squared shape, but it had to be fixed. The tips were uneven and poorly filed. There was even lint stuck on my nails under the coating. I am truly dissatisfied.
