I decided to treat myself to a french manicure and pedicure on a Friday evening. The next day, I noticed the nail polish was chipping on more than half of my nails. After reaching out to the salon, I was asked to come in so they could assess the situation. Upon my visit, the same individual who did my nails initially claimed it had been a week since the service, when in reality, it had only been 3 days. They suggested removing the white polish and applying a clear coat or repainting the chipped areas, making me feel responsible for the poor quality of their work. This was my first time at this salon, and I was referred by someone. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of accountability in all my years of getting manicures. I spent over $130, plus a tip, expecting long-lasting results, not to return to the salon after 3 days and be asked to pay for a different color. It was a disappointing experience, and I advise anyone considering this salon to thoroughly research before investing their time and money.
I visited this salon for a nail treatment on Saturday, and unfortunately, the polish on one of my nails peeled off the very next day. When I reached out to them for a fix, they mentioned that regular nail polish can come off quickly as well. The individual who worked on my nails displayed a very rude attitude. It was truly the worst service experience I've ever encountered.
I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and didn't have to wait at all. Nina handled my pedicure, and it was honestly the best one I've had in a while. She was incredibly meticulous and took her time. The salon was spotless, and the staff were all very welcoming. I practically left with two brand new feet! Don't hesitate to request Nina for your service, ladies!
