The atmosphere was pleasant, and everyone was friendly. However, I noticed that the stations were a bit dirty. While they did a great job on my nails, they ended up cutting open all my cuticles, making it the worst experience I've had in terms of cuticle care.
My friend and I decided to get acrylic nails together. We opted for a simple colored chrome design. Unfortunately, it took an hour and a half to complete the nails, and the service was quite unprofessional. During my appointment, my stylist spent an excessive 45 minutes filing my nails, leading to discomfort and an awkward atmosphere. The awkwardness was further heightened by my stylist playing footsies with her bare feet throughout the session. Additionally, my cuticles were not properly pushed back, causing the nails to appear grown out within just two days. It seemed like my nail technician lacked experience and was more focused on socializing with coworkers than on the job. Meanwhile, my friend's stylist kept interrupting the service to change the music to thirst trap videos on the TV. The stylist barely interacted with my friend throughout the appointment, making the experience very antisocial. The final nail on the coffin was the pricing; while acrylics were advertised at $55, we ended up paying $90 with tip, which felt excessively high for the simplicity of the design. Moreover, the additional charges for chrome and shaping were not disclosed upfront, and the surcharge for using a card as the only payment method was unexpected. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied and won't be returning. 👎
Absolutely adored my nails! This isn't my first visit, and each time has been delightful. I even brought my daughter once, and they were so accommodating when she wanted tiny mermaid tails on her little fingernails. The work they did was fantastic!
