I enjoyed the ambiance and salon setting, but my results were disappointing. The pedicure felt rushed, evident in the final outcome. While I didn't mind the speed, I assumed the technician was just efficient, but not if it compromises quality. The salon was tidy, and the staff were pleasant, but the attention to detail was lacking. Remnants of the previous blue polish were still visible on my toes. Not the right fit for me.
I absolutely adore this establishment!! I actually hunted her down from her previous workplace to come here! The team she has assembled is phenomenal! If you're dissatisfied with a color choice, they encourage you to communicate openly. They don't engage in negative gossip. Trevor and Jessica also delivered exceptional service! You're amazing, Lisa!! Kudos to you and your team!! On that note, if you're unhappy with the service provided by her team, address it directly instead of criticizing publicly. They are eager to rectify any issues! This is the friendliest and most accommodating place I've visited! Reasonably priced too. Their priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction and happiness! Once again, I appreciate you all!! Thank you for accommodating me even when it wasn't necessary!
