This is my second time at this Supercuts location. There is no other place I would trust for my haircut as both Lita and Morgan are exceptional. They display great professionalism, customer service, and care towards their clients. One thing management should consider is hiring more staff here. It's clear that while Lita and Morgan work well together, the place is intentionally understaffed to cut operational costs. From what I observe, there are three vacant positions at this location. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with the results and I value Lita and Morgan's expertise, as I need to look my best for my performances in various small venues in South Carolina and online.About

Just had my inaugural appointment at this salon today! Alex absolutely exceeded all expectations. I was quite apprehensive about trying a new salon since my regular stylist relocated to another region, and I hadn't visited anyone else in a long while. Alex is truly remarkable, and the entire experience was phenomenal. I also brought my 3-year-old daughter, and they were incredibly kind and engaging with her throughout the haircut. My hair has never felt or looked better. I showed them a reference photo, and they styled my hair even better than the picture! I am beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this salon and Alex!!!
