Heidi is exceptional, she understood my vision and executed it swiftly. They were also incredibly kind and accommodating when I needed to bring my newborn along to the appointment. I highly recommend them, 12 out of 10!
Rachel transformed me from a deep brunette to a sandy blonde with abundant conditioning treatments. Color corrections can be challenging, but she excelled in formulating the colors and achieving a uniform hue. She also expertly trimmed and styled my hair, along with suggesting suitable products. She was very warm and even offered complimentary beverages. I am definitely returning for a full foil in 6-7 weeks! The salon has a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Having recently relocated here, I was in search of a salon to trim a few inches off and fix the grown-out layers. A couple of weeks back, I had an appointment with Renee, as the original stylist I booked was unavailable. However, upon leaving the salon, I noticed that my hair wasn't evenly cut. There are numerous choppy layers at the back, yet the sides are untouched. I tried to ignore it until I straightened my hair... I rarely straighten my hair, but when I did recently, I realized how poorly my haircut was done. The back of my hair is unevenly chopped and lacks blending entirely. I am disappointed as I had around 6 inches cut off during this visit.
