I had an amazing pedicure experience at this salon. It was incredibly soothing, reasonably priced, and my nails look absolutely stunning. The exfoliating scrub and massage on my calves left them feeling rejuvenated. I will certainly be returning whenever I need a little self-indulgence.
Taking a chance on this salon, despite some negative reviews, paid off. The ambiance was pleasant, and the male owner was exceptionally kind. However, his spouse hurried through my volcano pedicure. She prioritized new clients over my appointment, neglecting to massage and moisturize my toes properly. The rushed service left me disappointed, especially as I had set aside time for a full pampering. Although the gel manicure was decent, the lack of attention to detail in the pedicure was evident. It's a shame, as the male owner seemed to take more care with his work.
My recent visit to Boutique Nails & Herb Spa was truly exceptional. The volcano deluxe pedicure was a luxurious treat, with the hot stone massage adding a special touch. The meticulous attention to detail and the exceptional customer service stood out. The complimentary water provided by the nail technician was a thoughtful gesture. Skillful techniques and a warm atmosphere made my visit truly delightful. I am looking forward to returning for more pampering sessions in the future. Undoubtedly the best nail salon in Reading!
