The service I received left me greatly dissatisfied. I went in for a pedicure and left with uneven French tips, poorly clipped toenails, and nails with patchy polish. Despite politely requesting corrections, the nail technician claimed she couldn't do much due to my nail shape. However, I managed to file them myself at home. It's frustrating when my paid-for service doesn't meet my reasonable requests.
**ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE** The most unsanitary salon visit I've ever had. The stones used on my feet were old and dirty. Instead of using a fresh one, the technician washed off the grimy stone and put it back for reuse! Moreover, my acrylic toes were done poorly, resulting in a crooked finish. When I asked for a fix politely, they ignored me. During the manicure, my nails were repeatedly made crooked, and each time I requested a correction, the technician became irritated. I requested a simple nail design with a butterfly and the number 444 on my ring finger. However, the outcome was sloppy. When I asked for it to be redone to match the picture, the response was a blunt refusal! This was the worst money I've ever spent, and I vow to never return. Utterly disappointed and enraged. This nail experience was beyond awful! AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
I adore this salon, it's the top choice in Independence. They open early at 8:30 am and boast a highly skilled and professional staff. My manicures from here last for weeks.
