My visit here was absolutely dreadful! The nail technician applied the polish in a messy, amateurish way. It was lumpy and ended up on my skin. She even caused my nails to bleed while trying to remove the polish. I highly recommend avoiding this place. To top it off, she charged me $35 for a manicure and polish after having to redo the first attempt, and both were subpar!
I specifically asked for a regular manicure, but the technician applied gel polish without my consent. She insisted that gel was $50, while a regular manicure would cost $40, which is double what I usually pay! There was no trimming, cuticle removal, or filing done. I didn't receive a massage either, just a quick scrub and wash. The 30-minute pedicure cost more than $1 per minute, which I consider a complete ripoff.
I had a terrible experience here! The nail technician did a sloppy job and refused to fix it even though I paid $75 for an ombré design. This is not acceptable, especially when they won't take responsibility for their mistake. I strongly advise against going to this salon. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. My nails look awful, and I am extremely disappointed. I rarely leave negative feedback, but with my wedding just 4 days away and no other options, I thought I'd treat myself. What a disaster.
