Caitlyn is an absolute pro, delivering top-notch work every time. She's been wonderful with my children, showing great patience and allowing them to express their preferences. The moment you walk into Pink Moon Beauty Lab, you feel right at home. My visit here was absolutely dreadful! The nail technician applied the polish in a messy, amateurish way. It was lumpy and ended up on my skin. She even caused my nails to bleed while trying to remove the polish. I highly recommend avoiding this place. To top it off, she charged me $35 for a manicure and polish after having to redo the first attempt, and both were subpar!
