I prioritize self-care and always leave this place feeling completely relaxed and at peace! The atmosphere is lovely and the cleanliness is top-notch. Dakota is exceptional at her job! She is so kind and her massages are always spot on. She has a knack for applying just the right amount of pressure. I've also tried the facials here and they have really helped my sensitive skin. I enrolled in the lifestyle program a few months back with Morgan who handled my sign-up. Morgan and Riley, the receptionist on duty, were both incredibly friendly and provided me with detailed information about the services available. They now greet me warmly every visit and we have great conversations. My esthetician, Aaliyah, is truly amazing and the experience is absolutely worth it. However, I've noticed some recent changes at the establishment, including receiving phone calls asking me to purchase gift cards... I specifically opted out of marketing calls or messages when I joined. I'm unsure about what's happening, but this pressure is making me consider canceling my membership and seeking services elsewhere. I joined because I appreciated the non-pushy approach and the friendly staff, but now it feels like a money-driven business that disregards people's preferences, especially mine since I explicitly chose NO marketing calls or messages.
